I am a CUSTOMER who recently used Masada software for my business. I must say that their services are average. Although they delivered the product on time, the quality could have been better. The user interface was not very intuitive and required a lot of training for my employees to get used to. Overall, I would rate Masada software as an average option for small businesses.
