The experience with the pool builder, Westport pools, was overall mediocre. While the pool itself was satisfactory and met our basic expectations, the customer service left something to be desired. We encountered some communication issues and delays during the construction process. While they eventually resolved the issues, it was not the seamless experience we had hoped for. I would consider other options before choosing Westport pools as your pool builder.
