I recently hired 88 Architects to assist with a design project for my new home. Overall, my experience with them was average. The website was user-friendly and provided detailed information about their services. However, I found the communication to be a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but not exceptional. The design concepts presented were creative, but I expected more attention to detail and personalized solutions. The team was professional and knowledgeable, but I felt that they could have been more proactive in guiding me through the process.
