Securicore technician was very helpful and patient with getting the Barracuda cloud services setup for our organization. He was able to walk me through the steps that I need to request from my DNS provider when records were not propagating. He was also very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I had and is available to answer any questions that I may have in the future.
