I recently had to use a restoration service for some water damage at my home, and I decided to give Servpro of Upper Cape Cod & the Islands a try. I must say, my experience with them was just average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services. The technicians who came to my house were professional and completed the job in a timely manner. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries and I felt like I was not given clear updates on the progress of the restoration. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit high compared to other similar companies in the area. Overall, I would rate my experience with Servpro of Upper Cape Cod & the Islands as average.
