I recently used the services of this consulting company and I found their approach to be quite average. Their website was easy to navigate and had some useful information, but I felt that the overall experience lacked a personal touch. The consultants seemed knowledgeable, but the communication was a bit impersonal. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I would have appreciated more tailored solutions and a stronger focus on building a relationship with the client. While the company delivered on its promises, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer engagement and customized solutions.
