I recently purchased some laboratory equipment from the company after finding their website easy to navigate and their product range was impressive. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. 🤔 It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, and the delivery of the equipment was delayed. The quality of the products was average, but I expected better communication and service given the company's reputation.
