I recently booked a stay through the company website for a weekend getaway. The website was easy to navigate and had some unique and beautiful properties to choose from. However, I found the customer service to be average at best. There were some issues with the booking process, and the communication with the company's representatives was not entirely smooth. Although the property itself was lovely and met our expectations, the overall experience was marred by the lack of seamless customer service. While I would consider using the website again for the property options, I hope they can improve their customer support to ensure a better experience for future bookings.
