I recently purchased leather goods from this company and while the product quality was decent, the customer service experience was a bit lacking. The staff seemed disorganized and there was a lack of transparency in the delivery process. I also found the pricing to be on the higher side compared to similar products in the market. However, I must commend the craftsmanship of the leather goods, as they were well-made and durable. The company could benefit from improving their communication with customers and streamlining their operations to provide a more efficient service. All in all, an average experience with room for improvement.
