As a first-time customer, I must say that my experience with the company has been fairly average. The website is user-friendly, but I found the navigation a bit confusing at times. The customer service was helpful, but the response time could be faster. 🤔 However, the company does offer a wide range of logistics services, which is a plus. The pricing seemed reasonable, but I would appreciate more transparency in the cost breakdown. Overall, my experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and clarity. I would consider giving them another chance in the future, hoping for a better experience.
