I have been a customer of Digicel group for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. The network coverage is decent but there are still some areas where signal strength can be improved. The customer support is okay, they usually respond to queries within a reasonable time frame. However, I feel that they could do a better job in terms of pricing. Overall, I would say that Digicel is an average company with room for improvement.
