I recently started using a new online banking service and I have to say, I'm a bit disappointed. The user interface is not very intuitive and it took me a while to figure out how to perform basic tasks like transferring funds. The lack of a mobile app is also a drawback for me as I prefer managing my finances on the go. However, I must admit that the customer service representatives at Legacy banks are very helpful and responsive.
