Lines are awful, and usually you have to pay $5 to fail a test. Just have the teachers schedule tests during classes like any other university, that will also solve the problem of teachers being allowed to write 5 hour exams. We all love to take time OUTSIDE OF CLASS to take a test in a place that is miserable and understaffed by people getting low pay for a job that offers 0 transferable skills. 1/5 stars is much too high a rating for this, this scale should go down to -5.
