I called to find out if a family member was still at the hospital, I was transferred three times then left on hold for almost 35 minutes! Twice a person would pickup and say please hold then put me back on hold. Either you guys are under staffed or need to figure out what s going on. FYI no one ever picked up the phone to help me after 35 mins on hold. I got tired of holding and hung up! Very poor customer service!
