Kept hiring people to cut the lawn though I had already paid a lawn maintenance man for the property. They would then make us pay ridiculous lawn fees. On one occasion, the occupant of the other half of the duplex did not do lawn care whatsoever, and the company sent *me* an even higher lawn care bill.
Early into renting from them, my roommate and I were also forced to pay court fees because they claimed we had abandoned the property? I was visiting my family for the weekend and my roommate was at his father's funeral in Texas???
Renting from this company was ridiculous, and in the year we lived there, work orders would have to be submitted 2 and 3 times, would take weeks to get fixed, and the bathroom sink never was fixed.
Don't bother renting through them.
