I tried to apply here in GHS, Makati. They are a recruitment hub.
Place so nice and neat. People assisting us smiling and looks friendly.
I was interviewed by Aldhen and it went so well.
This person showed me a good sense of positivity before, during and after my interview. He also strikes us a good balance of confidence, modesty and professionalism while I was interviewed together with a newbie in BPO industry.
I wasn't nervous myself, thanks to Aldhen. He really makes good eye contact, knows how to ask the right and relevant questions which made us comfortable to get our intended responses. He took notes and showed active listening by asking us intelligent questions following with good comments. KUDOS!

I just hope that GHS keep being transparent and honest when it comes to referral to companies before they send the applicant there to avoid waste of time, money and efforts esp. applicants like me who are experienced has "salary expectations" and when not meet, I would rather decline the offer.
