Terrible customer service, one of our staff's vest...

Terrible customer service, one of our staff's vests tore when he put in the wash. I contacted the company and they agreed to replace the vest no problem The vest was sent back and after several weeks with no reply to emails I contacted the company to be told that the person I was dealing with no longer works with the company and they had lost the vest I sent back.



Absolutely ridiculous!!
