I have attended several property auctions, but the experience with Phillip Arnold Auctions was exceptional. The auction process was smooth and well-organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information about the properties. I appreciate the fact that they don't mention the company name excessively in their marketing materials. I would definitely attend their auctions again in the future.
