I had a mixed experience with Burde förlags ab. While some aspects of their service were commendable, there were certain areas where they fell short. The customer support team was responsive and helpful, but the delivery of my order took longer than expected. Additionally, the quality of the product was not up to my expectations. I appreciate their efforts but there is certainly room for improvement.
