I have been a customer of Goodsmart eg for several years and I must say that their service is average. While they have a nice selection of products, I have found their prices to be a bit high compared to other similar companies. The customer support is helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would rate Goodsmart eg as just average.
