I recently discovered Southwestern Wisconsin Dairy Goat Products Cooperative and I must say, their goat cheese is absolutely delicious! The flavor and texture are out of this world. My personal favorite is the Mt. Sterling Chevre, it's so creamy and tangy. I can't get enough of it! The customer service is also top-notch, they are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend trying their products, you won't be disappointed!
