I have been a customer of Retrochem inc for several years and I must say that their service is average. While they may not offer anything exceptional, they do get the job done. The website is easy to navigate and placing an order is fairly simple. The only downside is that their prices are a bit on the higher side compared to other similar companies. Overall, it's a decent experience.
