I recently had the opportunity to try out the Alexander Technique method at johnhenes.com and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me as I worked through the movements and poses. The sessions were incredibly relaxing and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend giving the Alexander Technique a try!
