I had a frustrating experience during my recent visit. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the wait times were longer than expected. Communication could also be improved, as I found myself needing to ask for clarity on several points regarding my treatment plan. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations based on the recommendations I received.
