The Central Soya Federal Credit Union is a decent financial institution. I have been with them for a few years now, and overall I am satisfied with the services they provide. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The rates are competitive, and I appreciate the convenience of online banking. However, there have been a few instances where I felt the customer service could have been better. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response from them, especially when I have an urgent matter to discuss. Despite that, I would still recommend Central Soya FCU to others looking for a reliable credit union.
