I would rate C-oliveira design inc as an average company. The quality of their work is decent, but nothing exceptional. Their customer service is also average, as they are responsive but not overly helpful. Overall, I think there are better design companies out there, but C-oliveira design inc is still a viable option if you have a limited budget.
