I had a mixed experience with CREATIVE BILLING SVC. While their billing system worked well for me, their customer support was lacking. I had to wait a long time on hold before speaking to a representative, and they didn't provide a satisfactory solution to my problem. However, the overall service was decent, hence the three-star rating.
