I recently moved into an apartment managed by Whatcom-Skagit Housing and I am very satisfied with my experience so far. The staff has been friendly and responsive, and the apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly, and any questions or concerns are addressed quickly. I would recommend them to others looking for housing.
