I had an average experience with Amp lab inc. The website was quite user-friendly and the products were alright. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took a while to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
