My family has used the Carlton Company for probably 20 years, I wouldn't consider using anyone else. We just sold our home and April convinced us we could list for more than we expected and she was able to get us an offer for even more than that, she knows her stuff. She also made sure we knew what to expect, what we needed to do and took care of absolutely everylthing. She spoils her clients and the only complaint we have is that we couldn't take her with us out of state to help with the purchase of our next home, we certainly could have used her.
