Absolutely worst customer service ever. I purchased Dickies Steel Toe Work Socks and after no more than 2 or 3 washings of a pair that had only gently been worn indoors, with boots, I noticed a nickel sized hole in the side of a sock. Dickies socks carry a lifetime satisfaction guarantee and list the address of their Martinsburg WV distribution center on the package to send socks back too if defective. I went to the post office, socks packaged and ready to send, and USPS did not recognize the address. So I did not waste my money. The next day, I hunted down a phone number for that location, called, was transferred to "Quality Control" got voice mail, and left a message. Did not get a return call in 3 days, so called again. Ever since, all I get is voicemail and no response.

I will simply say, if you buy Dickies Socks, don't expect that they will back their guarantee.
