I had a mixed experience with Ecogistix. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, there were a few areas where improvements could be made. The delivery of my order took longer than expected, and the customer support was not responsive enough. However, I must say that their packaging was efficient, and the products I received were of good quality. Overall, I would rate them as average.
