I had a mixed experience with Hmcl. While their products are of good quality and reasonably priced, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my queries, and the assistance provided was not satisfactory. However, I appreciate the efforts they put into the packaging and the overall delivery experience. There is room for improvement in the customer support department. 🙁
