NOT a good experience.
1st- salesman-lets find a car you want
2nd- What are the monthly payments you want?
3rd-no discount and they took away Hyundai incentives that are from the factory.
4th- There for over 6 hours and not informed on total price until at finance guy--who did not want to give us the price when asked.
5th- Told that the price on the car was incorrect--some extra stuff on the car--like car protection on the cloth--car had leather!!!
BEST NEWS:: GO to ROGER BEASLEY in NEW BRAUNFELS as they know how to treat customers. We received the exact same car for below the total we wanted as they were looking for rebates and ways to lower the cost without us even asking!! That's customer service. We bought the car for $6,000-$7,000 dollars cheaper than in at Red McCombs for the exact same car.
