Quicken Loans was once a great mortgage company that prided themselves on exceptional customer service. I've used them for four mortgages and referred friends and family. Not anymore. They now make the DMV look like world class customer service. You better be ready to project manage your loan specialist, your closing team, the whole process.The Quicken Loans team does nothing but point fingers at your title company, your realtor, anything to avoid doing one inch more work than their narrow job description has defined. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
