We shopped around and she was the winner!! Nettie Bird is up to date on all the laws and regulations. We learned this during the process while shopping around. It is so concerning that many are not up to date. So many lenders tell you what you want to hear but in the end will cost you the loan/house. She stays on top of everything and was always readily available pretty much 24/7. This made the process very comforting and easy . We also learned this during our process. Others we were considering were always so hard to get a hold of which made It so very frustrating. We were able to get the best rate possible because she took the time to shop around and knew when to wait to lock in a better rate etc.. Nettie handled our thousand questions, different scenarios and time crunch issues with outstanding professionalism. She is one lender that is on top of her game!
