I recently worked with a branding agency, and my overall experience was average. They delivered the project on time and the end result met my requirements, but I felt that the designs lacked innovation. The agency's communication was satisfactory, although there were a few instances where I had to follow up for updates. I appreciate their effort, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of creativity and attention to detail.
