When visiting this salon for the first time, I attempted to purchase some Aveda products. Maybe it was because I was in a sweatshirt and regular clothes or didn t look like their typical higher income clientel- but when I stated it looked like they were out of the product I was looking for- the receptionist never asked me which product I needed, never walked over to try helping me find it, nor did she explain if they had extra stock. I basically stood there staring at her, then asked when they restock inventory. It s irrelevant though, because I won t be returning to this salon. I should have gone with my gut and gone to the Aveda institute where I expect they d be more helpful and professional...
