I must say, the carpaccio from Roos carpaccio b.v. is absolutely delicious. The meat is tender and the flavors are well-balanced. I highly recommend trying it. The ordering process on their website (rooscarpaccio.nl) was quick and easy. Overall, a fantastic experience!
