I had an average experience with FRAMEN GmbH. The website, framen.io, was easy to navigate and the overall user interface was intuitive. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took quite some time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
