I have been buying from Roger Huston Smith for over a year now and I must say their service is average. The quality of their products is decent and the pricing is reasonable. However, I have had some issues with their customer service. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response and the resolution process can be frustrating. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
