The Pannenkoekenboerderij de smickel is a hidden gem in the countryside. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We had the pleasure of trying their traditional Dutch pancakes and they were absolutely delicious. The pancakes were light, fluffy, and topped with a variety of sweet and savory toppings.
