I recently got a trampoline for my kids and it's been a good experience so far. The quality seems good and it was easy to assemble. My children are enjoying it. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had a question, it took longer than expected to get a response and the representative did not seem interested in helping. Overall, I would say it's an average experience. The product is good, but the customer service needs improvement.
