I have mixed feelings about Silkroadexpo. While their website is easy to use and the product selection is good, their customer service leaves something to be desired. It took several attempts to get a response to my query and the resolution was not satisfactory. However, once my issue was escalated, it was resolved promptly. Overall, I would say my experience with Silkroadexpo has been average.
