I had a mixed experience at Crossroads and South Shore Care Centers. While the staff were generally friendly and attentive, there were some instances where I felt my needs were not fully met. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but there were times when I felt the atmosphere was lacking. Overall, I had an average experience at this nursing home.
