They sent me an email with the time of my plane departure from Dubai and the time I would be picked up. I wrote back that the plane departure was wrong. My plane was leaving a half hour earlier and I needed to be picked up earlier. I didn't hear from them for more than 6 hours saying I was right about when my plan was leaving, but nothing about when they would pick me up. When I waited for them to pick me up - and it was getting past the time when I would be able to make my flight, I took a taxi. They refuse to reimburse me because they say I was a No Show.
