The case worker in CUA 9 was the worst! Lied about the clothing allowance which I never received. Refused to do the paperwork to help with daycare! I almost lost my job because I had to take off work due to school closings and no daycare. They claim that they need Resource Parents but you are not treated as a valuable member of the team. I had 6 beds available for the children but was not valued. Go to another agency, this one was a nightmare to work with!
