I am a customer of Medical Panels and overall I have had an average experience with their services. The website medicalpanels.vic.gov.au is informative and easy to navigate. The panel members are knowledgeable and professional. However, the wait times for appointments can be quite long. It would be great if they could improve their scheduling system to reduce wait times. Overall, a decent experience.
