I recently used a freight service for my business and was satisfied with the overall service. The company provided reliable and timely delivery of my shipments. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions. While there were no major issues, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and tracking. Nevertheless, I would consider using their services again.
