This is a stern warning to anyone that is looking for a job at ELB, stay a long berth clear or enter at your own risk. I didn't take the decision to join ELB lightly. I spent many many hours researching which was difficult between working to pay off my student loans.

The business has so many very positive reviews and after pouring through the business Glassdoor reviews I had my mind made up this was a good company that was going places.

Now my day job at In and Out wasn't great given I did go to college and was doing my masters at night, but at least I knew it was a job. This business is not run like a corporation. It is run like a poorly operated mom and pop corner store, where pop employs mom even though she is grossly under qualified for the job. If you are part of the family then you are set for life. If not then you are set for a world of pain.

Mood swings, blame to cover up the mistakes of family members. This is not the way a corporation should be run and I would be very worried about the future of this business if I was an investor. Please bring in people from outside of the family and trust them to run the business.

Please, please learn from my mistakes, I am now at another firm which is a national firm and run so much more professionally.
